Question 1

Do you charge a fee?

Accepted Answer

In most cases there is no fee to you — we are paid commission by the lender after your loan settles. If a fee ever applies, we set it out in writing before we submit your application. Full details are in our Credit Guide.

Question 2

Which lenders can you access?

Accepted Answer

We work with a broad panel of major banks, non-bank and specialist lenders available through our aggregator, Connective, and recommend the lender and product that best fit your needs.

Question 3

Do you help first home buyers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We help first home buyers work out their borrowing power, deposit and upfront costs, and whether government support such as the First Home Guarantee (5% deposit, no LMI) applies to them.

Question 4

Can you help me refinance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We compare your current loan with alternatives, factor in break costs, fees and cashbacks, and only recommend a switch if it leaves you better off.

Question 5

Do you arrange commercial and development finance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Beyond home loans we arrange finance for offices, retail, industrial and other commercial property, plus construction and development funding.

Question 6

Where are you based and who do you help?

Accepted Answer

VV Advisory is based in Sydney and helps clients across Sydney, New South Wales and Australia-wide, by phone, video call or in person.
